- Hijiki sprout : 15g
- (A) Minced pork : 150g
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/4
- しょうが : 1かけ
- (B)しょうゆ : 大さじ3
- (B)みりん : 大さじ3
- (B)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- かつお節 : 2パック(4g×2)
- いりごま : 適量
