- Azuki : 3 tbsp
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)水 : 500~600ml
- (B)水 : 適量

Boil azuki beans

Put the water of (A) and the washed red beans in a pan and heat over medium heat.
When it boils, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes until soft.
Remove the lye, turn off the heat, divide into red beans and broth, and cool the broth. -

Put the ingredients in a pan

Gently wash the glutinous rice, drain it, and put it in a pan.
Add water and salt from (B) to the broth, mix and add to the pan. -

When it boils, reduce the heat to low and cook for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and steam for 10 minutes. -

Point
・ When cooking rice, do not open the lid.
