- 米 : 2合

Soak the rice in water for about 20 minutes.

Remove the black part of the root of the bamboo shoot, cut the tip vertically, and cut the bottom of the tip into ginkgo with a width of about 3 mm.
Cut the carrots and fried tofu into julienne. -

Add 1 fried tofu, carrots and bamboo shoots and cook rice in normal mode.

Point
・ If you don't mind the black part of the bamboo shoot root, you can use it as it is.
・ You can use fried tofu without draining the oil.
・ Be careful not to mix the ingredients before cooking rice. If you don't put the rice on the bottom and the ingredients on the top, uneven cooking will occur.
・ Carrots are added to improve the color, but it is not necessary.
