Ingredients

  • Cotton tofu : 1/2 chome
  • 塩 : 少々
  • 黒胡椒 : 少々
  • 小麦粉 : 少々
  • しめじ : 50g
  • えのき : 50g

  • みりん : 大さじ1
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1
  • 万能ねぎ : 適量
  • ごま油 : 適量

    豆腐にかけ、万能ねぎをちらしたら完成。

Point
