Ingredients
- Chinese cabbage : 3/4 pieces
- 大根 : One

- (A) Sesame : 適量

- (A) Chili powder : 100g
- ナンプラー : 適量

- 塩 : 適量

Add salted mysidacea and nam pla and mix well.
Add 1 cm wide garlic and mix further. -

Point
・ Sesame can be either roasted or ground.
・ Fermentation period is your choice. In the video, it is fermented for a week.
