Ingredients
- Okra : 20 to 30
- お湯 : 適量
- 塩(板ずり用) : 適量
- (A)水 : 200cc
- (A)白だし : 50cc
- (A)塩 : ひとつまみ
- (A)米酢 : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)青唐辛子 : 1本
- 鰹節 : 1〜2本
- おろし生姜 : 少々

 Boil water in a pan, add okra with salt and boil.
