Ingredients
- Earl Grey : 4g
- 生クリーム : 200ml
- ブラックチョコレート : 300g
- ココアパウダー : 30g

Boil black tea

Put Earl Gray and fresh cream in a pan.
Bring to a boil over heat and strain with a tea strainer. -

Put dark chocolate in a bowl.
Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds, mix and dissolve. -

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to harden and cut.
