Ingredients
- onion : 2 pieces
- 冷水 : 200ml
- 水 : Appropriate amount
- egg : 1個
- 小麦粉 : 1カップ

- (A) Starch : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Milk : 小さじ1
- (A) Dried paprika : 小さじ1/2
- チェダーチーズ : 100g

Prepare the onions

Peel the onions, place them on the lid of the jar, and cut into 16 equal parts.
Put the onions in a bowl of cold and ice water and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. -

Insert the egg into a deep dish and melt it.
Put flour and bread crumbs in separate dishes.
Place 1 taken out of cold water upside down on kitchen paper and drain.
Sprinkle 1 on the whole in the order of flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs.
In a pan, add enough oil to soak half the onions and fry at high temperature.
When both sides turn amber, drain the oil and remove. -

Add (A) to it and mix it so that it blends in well. Add cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
When the sauce becomes heavy, turn off the heat. -
