Point

・ Skim milk is low in calories and high in protein with almost no fat.
・ If the chocolate is difficult to melt in step 1, heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
・ The container in step 2 should not have rounded corners. Lay the wrap so that it does not wrinkle as much as possible.
・ When cutting with a kitchen knife, warm it with hot water and drain it. The edges may be truffled together.
・ You may add Western liquor in step 1.
