- Vermicelli (dry) : 50g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- ニラ : 1/2束
- 豚バラ薄切り : 150g
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- (A) Grated garlic : 1かけ
- (B) Water : 1/2カップ
- しょうゆ : 適量
Bring the vermicelli back with water.
Slice the onion and cut the garlic into 4-5 cm wide and the pork ribs 3-4 cm wide.
