Ingredients

  • Rice : 2 go

    Remove the kelp before boiling and increase the heat.
    Add dried bonito flakes and turn off the heat immediately.

    Add 1/2 to 1/3 of the seasoning (B) to the flooded rice, mix, and cook as usual.

    Shred the carrots and coarsely chop the drained raw wakame seaweed.

Point

・ When cooking rice with seasoning, be sure to soak it in water because the core will remain and harden if it is not soaked in water.
・ If you use kelp after soaking it in water for 30 minutes or more, it will be more delicious.
・ Since the amount of water for cooking rice is out of the amount, cook rice with a normal amount of water.
・ If the carrots are hard, add water and simmer until the carrots are tender.
