Ingredients
- (A) Egg : 1 piece
- (A) Lacanto : 10g
- Unsweetened macadamia milk : 100ml
- (B) Okara powder : 20g
- (B) Baking powder : 4g
- (C) Greek yogurt : 100g
- (C) Lacanto : 40g
- 生クリーム : 200ml
- (D) Instant Coffee : 大さじ1
- (D) Water : 50ml
- (D) Rum : 大さじ1/2
- Unsweetened cocoa powder : 適量

Put (A) in a 600 ml heat-resistant glass container and mix with a mixer.
Add unsweetened macadamia milk and mix well until the whites disappear.
Add (B) and mix well.
Heat in the microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Cover or wrap and let cool for about 30 minutes. -

Put (C) in a bowl and mix with a mixer.
Put the cream in another bowl and whisk gently with a blender.
Transfer half of (C) to a bowl containing fresh cream and mix with a mixer.
Add all the rest and mix until the cream remains in shape. -

Remove the dough from 1 from the heat-resistant container and transfer to a plate.
Cut from the side with a kitchen knife and divide the dough into two equal parts.
Put the dough below in a container and pour it all over with a spoon soaked in the coffee liquid of 3.
Next, pour in the cream of 2 and flatten it with a spatula.
Add the above dough, reduce the amount of coffee liquid in 3 a little, and do the same.
Cool overnight in the refrigerator, and finally sprinkle with sugar-free cocoa powder to complete.
Point
・ Almond milk or soy milk may be used instead of unsweetened macadamia milk.
・ Cream uses 35% milk fat. (By using 35%, it becomes a light cream)
・ When cutting the dough in step 4, turn the plate and cut it cleanly.
・ If you soak the coffee liquid in the upper dough in step 4, it will look bad, so add less than the lower dough.
・ It is recommended to sprinkle sugar-free cocoa powder just before eating.
・ Pour the excess cream into a bowl, flatten it, sprinkle sugar-free cocoa powder on it, chill it, and eat it.
