- (A) Cake flour : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Salt : a little
- (A) Pepper : 少々
- 卵 : 1個
- 水 : 大さじ3
- サラダ油 : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the chikuwa into 3mm wide slices and put them in a bowl.
Cut off the stems of the perilla leaves, cut into strips and add to the bowl. -

Add eggs and water and mix. -

Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Pour 2 into a circle of 20 to 22 cm.
Once the bottom is browned, take it out on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining oil.
Cover the plate with a frying pan and put the dough back.
