Ingredients
- Japanese white radish : 400g
- 塩 : 小さじ1
- (A)はちみつ : 大さじ1
- (A)レモン汁 : 大さじ1

Prepare the radish

Peel the radish.
Cut into 5mm wide ginkgo.
Put it in a storage bag. -

Put salt in a storage bag, rub it in and mix.
Add (A) and rub it in to blend in.
Remove the air from the storage bag and seal it.
Leave for 20-30 minutes. -
