  • Japanese white radish : 400g
  • 塩 : 小さじ1
  • (A)はちみつ : 大さじ1
  • (A)レモン汁 : 大さじ1

  1. 1) Prepare the radish 02:03

    Peel the radish.
    Cut into 5mm wide ginkgo.
    Put it in a storage bag.

    Put salt in a storage bag, rub it in and mix.
    Add (A) and rub it in to blend in.
    Remove the air from the storage bag and seal it.
    Leave for 20-30 minutes.

・ Isothiocyanate, an antioxidant contained in radish, helps detoxify the liver.
