Ingredients

Procedure

Wrap the flammulina with pork belly

Roll the flammulina with pork ribs.
Place it on a bakeware with the end of the roll facing down. -

Sprinkle with cheese and heat in a 600W microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Point
・ Substituting sugar with lacant can further reduce sugar.
・ If you don't like spiciness, you should reduce the amount of gochujang and miso by half.
・ When rolling the pork ribs, gradually shift it to the right.
・ Heat without wrapping.
・ After heating for 4 minutes, remove excess oil.
