Sprinkle (A) over the pork sesame meat, rub it in with your hands, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. -

When the frying pan is warm, add the pork sesame meat from Step 1 one by one, loosen and fry.
Brown the surface and add 1 clove of garlic.
Add the lettuce from 1 and fry lightly. -

Point
・Because lettuce has no umami or aroma, add other vegetables such as garlic to add flavor.
・By tearing the lettuce by hand, you can absorb the sauce and umami.
・By adding potato starch to pork sesame, moisture does not escape and it becomes softer.
・Sesame oil goes well with saltiness.
・If you put the pork sesame meat in the frying pan at once in step 2, it will look like a meatball, so add one piece at a time.
・If you add the garlic first, it will burn, so add it halfway through.
・ It is delicious even if you change the taste with lemon.
