Ingredients
- Plain bread : 8 sheets (cut into 8 sheets)
- egg : 5 pieces
- sugar : 2 tsp
- mayonnaise : 140g (12 tbsp)
- (A) Tomato juice : 600cc
- (A) Milk : 200cc
- (A) Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Granule consomme : 2 tsp
- (A) Sugar : 2 tsp
- (A) Grated cheese : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Parsley : Appropriate amount
- lettuce : 1/2 piece (150g)
- Petit tomatoes : 16 pieces

Put (A) in a small pot, cover and heat over high heat. When it boils, reduce to medium heat, mix and put in a bowl.

Insert 5 eggs directly into a 26 cm frying pan and mix with a whisk. When the eggs are cooked and roasted, transfer to an 18 cm bowl, add sugar first and mix well, then add mayonnaise and mix with a spoon.
