- beef : 1 sheet
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- 醤油(牛肉用) : 小さじ1

- ピーマン : 1個
- トマト : 1個
- 青唐辛子 : 1本
- ニンニク : 1片
- 万能ネギ : 2本
- (A)赤ワインビネガー : 大さじ2
- (A)醤油 : 20g
- (A)甜菜糖 : 小さじ1
- ご飯 : 2人前
- フライドポテト : ふたつかみ

Procedure
