Ingredients
- Bread (cut into 6 pieces) : 2 sheets

- 黒コショウ : 適量

Place unsalted butter and olive oil in a heat-resistant container and heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds.
After heating, mix the whole and melt the butter.
Add sugar and grated garlic, and mix to dissolve the sugar.
Add salt, dried parsley and mix everything together. -

Spread the garlic butter sauce from 1 on the bread.
Cut one slice of bread into 9 pieces. -

Place the bread from step 2 in a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle with black pepper, and top with cheese.
Bake in the toaster for about 5 minutes and it's done.
Point
・You can use whatever thickness of bread you like.
・Unsalted butter can be substituted with salted butter. If you use salted butter, add no or less salt.
・By adding sugar to the garlic butter sauce, you can make it richer.
・When baking in a toaster in step 3, it is a good idea to bake until the cheese melts and the bread gets browned.
