Prepare 2 containers and soak 7g and 5g of gelatin in water.
Drain the yogurt.
Place 16 equal pieces of apples in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and rub in, then let rest for 5 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 500w for 1 minute, then repeat 6 times.
When you take it out, remove the plastic wrap and let it cool. -

Whisk the fresh cream lightly for 1 minute, then add the sugar in two batches and mix.
Put yogurt in another bowl, add sugar and mix until it becomes a paste.
Add fresh cream and mix again.
Heat 7g of gelatin in a 500w microwave for 30 seconds, add apple syrup and mix.
Add gelatin in several batches and mix.
Put the dough in a container and tap it lightly to remove the air.
Wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden.
Add hot water and sugar to the apples and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
Add gelatin warmed at 500w for 30 seconds, mix, and cool with ice water.
Arrange the apples on top of the dough and pour in the strained jelly.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to harden.
Take it out of the mold and put it on a plate to complete.
Point
・The amount of water to soften the gelatin is 3 tablespoons per 7g of gelatin (for cake hardening) and 2 tablespoons per 5g (for surface coating).
・Use plain yogurt with a good balance of sourness.
・In a bowl, place a colander and kitchen paper on top and add yogurt. Place a bowl filled with water (600g) on top of the folded kitchen paper and drain for 30 minutes.
・Drain water first.
・Peel the apples and cut them finely for decoration.
・Sprinkle the sugar all over the apple and gently rub it in for 2-3 minutes, until the water is released and the solid sugar is gone.
・Sprinkling apples with sugar prevents them from oxidizing.
・ After heating for 2 minutes in the microwave, switch the top and bottom of the apple in the bowl.
・Mix the fresh cream lightly, then add the sugar.
・Reduce the firmness of fresh cream to create a smooth texture. I can't stand the horn.
・It takes about 7 minutes to whip the fresh cream.
・When you add sugar to yogurt, it becomes a smooth paste.
・Add apple syrup (3 tablespoons) to the gelatin.
・Turn the surface of the dough with a toothpick to remove the air inside and flatten the surface.
・To avoid clumping the gelatin, add 3 tablespoons of apple juice to the gelatin before reconstituting it.
・Immerse in ice water and cool to body temperature.
・If you strain the jelly before pouring it in, it becomes transparent and has a beautiful finish.
・If you warm it with a towel wet with hot water, you can remove it from the mold cleanly.
・Chilling time and resting time are not included in the required time.
