Ingredients

  • sweet potato : 300g
  • frozen pie sheet : 2枚
  • (A) Granulated sugar : 30g
  • (A) Butter (unsalted) : 30g
  • (B) Cinnamon powder : 小さじ1/6
  • (B) Egg yolk : 1 piece
  • (C) Egg yolk (for egg liquid) : 1 piece
  • (C) water : 1/2 teaspoon
  • 黒ごま : 適量
  • 生クリーム : 大さじ2.5杯

・If the strained potato paste is dry, add fresh cream to make it easy to squeeze.

・Frozen pastry sheets are easy to handle when half thawed, so it's best to take them out of the refrigerator about 5-10 minutes before using them.
・When baking in a toaster, cover with aluminum foil and bake for at least 15 minutes.
