- oyster : 120g
- Leek : Appropriate amount

Rinse with about 3% salt water. -

Point
・ Be sure to use fresh oysters for cooking.
・ Rinse well with about 3% salt water. (It can be omitted if it is troublesome, but if you prepare the oysters, it will be very delicious!)
・ For udon, use commercially available boiled udon to save time.
