Mince the garlic. -

Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and garlic, and heat over low heat.

When the pork is cooked through, add the onions and stir-fry.
When the onions are cooked through, add the cabbage, mix quickly, cover with a lid and steam for about 3 minutes.

Point
・The core part of the cabbage is difficult to eat if it is large, so it is better to cut it into thin slices.
・After seasoning in step 2, taste it and adjust it by adding seasonings until it reaches your desired strength.
