Point

・Mix the meat sauce occasionally to evaporate the water so that it doesn't burn.
・Since cake flour tends to clump, be sure to sift while adding.
・Do not burn when mixing butter and cake flour. A rubber spatula should be used.
・If you add milk all at once, it will become lumpy. If it becomes lumpy, turn off the heat, mix well and heat again.
・Do not put cheese on meat sauce.
・Baking time and simmering time are not included in the required time.
