- Bag noodles (hot and sour soup noodles) : 1 bag
- ウインナー : 6本
- 卵 : 2個
- ピーマン : 1個
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- 万能ネギ : 適量
- お湯 : 450cc
- 油 : 大さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)中華スープの素(ペースト状) : 小さじ4/5
- 黒胡椒 : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量
