Point
・The appropriate amount of ingredients changes depending on the size of the sweet potato, so adjust while observing the situation. (The weight of the sweet potato used this time is about 370g)
・Adjust the number of sweet potatoes according to the amount of pancake mix.
・If the sweet potato is soaked in water for more than 5 minutes to remove the bitterness, the flavor will wash off.
・If you stick the bamboo skewer into the sweet potato too much, the sweet potato will crack, so be careful.
・When mixing the dough, it is a measure of completion when it becomes ribbon-like.
・Don't shake the pancake mix, put it in as it is.
・If the dough becomes loose due to the size of the egg, add hot cake mix.
・If the pancake is undercooked, heat it in the microwave.
