Procedure

・By making countless holes, green plums are less likely to break when boiling.
・If the whole green plum turns yellowish green after boiling, the boiling is complete.
・It is better to judge the completion of boiling by the color of green plums instead of the number of times of boiling.
・If you boil the syrup, the green plums will crack at once, so be careful.
・If the syrup starts to boil halfway through, turn off the heat, let it rest for about 10 minutes, and heat it again.
・When it cools, the sweetness slowly permeates, so cool it slowly.
・If you remove the drop lid, the unripe plums may shrink, so leave them in close contact to cool.
・Kitchen paper can be used for the drop lid.
・When chilled in the refrigerator, the sweetness permeates even more and the pulp becomes firm.
・Put in Tupperware, a storage bottle, a zippered plastic bag, etc. and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
・You can use green plums as they are for tea, and mix the syrup with soda.
