- eggplant : 1 small / sugar: 3.0g
- miso : 1 tbsp sugar: 3.3 g

- Lacanto S (erythritol) : 1 tsp
- Zero sugar cooking liquor : 1 tbsp sugar: 0 g
- water : 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil : Appropriate amount
