- (B) fresh cream : 50cc
- (B) Egg yolk : 2個
- (C) salt : 少々
- (C) white pepper : 少々

Wash the rice and drain the water.
Cut the vanilla beans lengthwise, remove the fruit onto a cutting board, and mix well with the beet sugar.
