  • (A)うま味調味料 : 6振り
  • (A)塩 : 小さじ1/3
  • ローリエ : Three
  • オリーブオイル : 適量
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 手羽先を焼く 01:03

    Pour olive oil into a frying pan.
    Arrange the chicken wings skin side down.
    Cook over medium to high heat until browned.

    1へ(A)を入れて、混ぜる。
    ローリエを入れる。
    フライパンに蓋をし、弱火で40分加熱する。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 03:04

    3の蓋を外し、お好みの味に調整する。
    器に盛り付け、乾燥パセリを散らしたら完成。
