- Dark soy sauce : 1 tsp sugar: 0.6 g

- Umami seasoning : a little
- lard : Appropriate amount

Peel the lotus root with a peeler, then cut off the edges and cut into 5mm wide slices. Then divide it into two equal parts. You can cut it quickly by stacking several sheets. Leave the cut lotus root in cold water.
