  • lotus root : 80g / sugar: 11.0g
  • Curry powder : 2 tsp sugar: 1.1 g
  • Dark soy sauce : 1 tsp sugar: 0.6 g

  • Salt and pepper : a little
  • Umami seasoning : a little
