Top with bay leaves and rosemary. -

Point
・焼きたてよりも、少し時間をおいた方が大根にベーコンの味が染みて美味しい。
・オーブンで焼く時は、下段で焼く。
・大根の細さによって焼き時間が異なるため、様子を見ながら焼く。
・ベーコンの塩気が効いて美味しい。
・トマトソースは温めても、そのままでも良い。
・胡椒は、白胡椒を使用する。
