Stir-fried peppers and fish sausage | Kenmasu Cooking's recipe transcription

Cut the fish sausage diagonally to about 5 mm.
Cut the peppers in half, take the seeds, and then cut into three equal triangles.

Add oil to a frying pan, fry the fish sausage, and when the oil turns, add peppers and fry.

Add sake, Somi shokuhin, and soy sauce and mix well. Add black pepper and fry well.
Finally, add sesame oil and it's done!
