Ingredients
- Sliced octopus : Appropriate amount
- cabbage : 適量
- Versatile green onion : 適量
- red ginger : 適量
- 揚げ玉 : 適量
- 白菜 : 適量
- 長ネギ : 適量
- (A) Water (for soup stock) : 700ml
- (A) White soup stock : 100ml
- 醤油 : 少々
- 小麦粉 : 100g
- Water (for sweet potatoes) : 100ml

Put (A) in a pot and heat it.

Put flour in a bowl, add water little by little and mix well.
Add the chopped octopus and mix.
Chop the cabbage, all-purpose green onion, and pickled ginger into small pieces and mix.
Add fried eggs and mix well. -

Add soy sauce.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into 4cm wide pieces and add them to Step 1.
Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm width pieces, add to step 1, and bring to a simmer. -

Point
