Ingredients
- bone-in chicken thigh : Two
- mushroom : 5 pieces
- potatoes : 2 pieces
- onion : 1 piece
- Mini Tomato : Nine
- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Honey : 1 tablespoon

Put (A) in a bowl and mix well.
Make a cut along the bone of the bone-in chicken thigh.
