- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Honey : 1 tablespoon
- おろしニンニク : 小さじ1
- Olive oil (for vegetables) : 大さじ1

- Salt and pepper (for chicken) : 適量

Put (A) in a bowl and mix well.
