- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/4
- (A) mustard : 2cm
- 塩 : 適量
- ブラックペッパー : 適量

Cut the Chinese cabbage in half lengthwise and cut it into 5 mm wide pieces.
Put it in a plastic bag, add salt, and rub it all over.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes. -
