- Fried tofu : 2 sheets
- Cut vegetables : 250-300g
- Pork ribs : 100g

Add oil to a frying pan and fry the pork. When the color changes, add vegetables and fry.
When the vegetables are oiled, add fried tofu.
Add sake, Somi Shantung and soy sauce and fry well. Add black pepper and fry further. -

When the vegetables are moist, add a little water-soluble potato starch, fry them in a tangled manner, and finally sprinkle with sesame oil to complete the process!
Point
It doesn't have to be cut vegetables, but any vegetables left over at home are fine.
Fried fried tofu goes very well with stir-fried vegetables, so it is recommended to add it.
It is recommended to prepare the fried tofu because excess oil can be absorbed by simply sandwiching it between kitchen papers and pressing it lightly from above, without having to boil it.
When making water-soluble potato starch, make it in the amount of potato starch 1: water 2 and add only a small amount, the water from the vegetables will get entangled with the ingredients and the taste will increase, so be sure to add it.
