- (A)みりん : 大さじ1/2
- (A)水 : 50ml
- 鰹節 : 4g
- 青ネギ(小口切り) : 適量

Grate the ginger into the same container. -

Wipe off the oil on the surface of the deep-fried tofu with kitchen paper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put the tofu and potato starch in a plastic bag and shake to mix. -

・You can use any part of the radish.

・The thick fried tofu should not be too small for a satisfying eating experience.
