- chicken breast : 1 piece (250-300g)
- 玉ねぎ : 1個
- トマト缶 : 1缶(400g)

- マカロニ : 100g
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
- 塩 : 小さじ1
- 水(炒め用) : 大さじ2
- 酒 : 大さじ2
- 醤油 : 小さじ1
- 有塩バター : 20g
- Water (for canned tomatoes) : 80ml
- チーズ : 30g
- チーズ(トッピング用) : 約80g

Peel the skin of the onion and cut it into pieces.
Add olive oil and onions to a frying pan and heat over low heat.
Add salt and water (for frying), cover and heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally.
Remove the lid and lightly evaporate the water.
Add the chicken breast and fry until the surface turns white.
Add sake and soy sauce and stir.
Add shimeji mushrooms and fry.
Add salted butter and mix it all together. -
