  • 長芋 : 200g
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1
  • (A)料理酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • 片栗粉 : 小さじ1
  • 水 : 大さじ1
  • 有塩バター : 10g
  • 小ネギ : 1本
  • 刻みのり : 適量
  • サラダ油 : 適量

    Peel the skin of the yam and cut into 1 cm wide round slices.
    Cut off the spring onion roots and chop into small pieces.
    Cut the salted butter into 1 cm cubes and chill in the refrigerator.

    Put potato starch and water in a bowl and mix.

    Flip over and bake until browned.

    Heat over low to medium heat while mixing the yam with the sauce.

    Heat over medium-low heat.
    Serve on a plate, add small green onions, salted butter, and chopped seaweed to complete.

・長芋は皮つきで200gのものを使用。
・長芋を切る際は、滑りやすいのでキッチンペーパで押さえながら切ると良い。
・有塩バターは無塩バターでも可。
・(A)の合わせ調味料の分量は、1:1:1:1で作ると良い。
・水溶き片栗粉を加えた後、水分が足りない場合は水を加える。
