  • (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1/2
  • 砂糖 : 小さじ2
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
  • 塩 : ふたつまみ

    米を炊飯器にセットして炊く。

  2. 2) 豚ひき肉に下味をつける 00:34

    ボウルに豚ひき肉、(A)を加え、混ぜる。

    糸こんにゃくを細かく切る。
    フライパンに糸こんにゃく、塩を加え、炒める。
    玉ねぎの皮を剥く。
    フライパンの中央を空け、玉ねぎをすりおろして加える。
    ごま油、軽く潰したニンニクを加える。
    玉ねぎに焼き色を付けながら馴染ませる。
    水分が飛んだら混ぜ合わせる。
    焼き色が付くまで炒める。
    2を加え、炒める。
    砂糖を加え、炒める。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 05:24

    大葉の茎を切り落とし、葉を丸めて細切りにする。
    炊いた1をほぐす。
    3を混ぜ合わせる。
    お皿に盛り、大葉を乗せて完成。
