- さつまいも : 約400g
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ4
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) water : 大さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 1/4 teaspoon
- 黒ごま : 適量
- 白ごま : 適量

prepare the sweet potato

Wash the sweet potato and wipe off the water.
Cut off both ends of the sweet potato and cut into chunks.
Put water (not listed) and sweet potato in a heat-resistant bowl and leave for 5 minutes.
Drain the water and cover with plastic wrap.
Poke several holes with a bamboo skewer.
Heat in a 500W microwave oven for 10 minutes. -

Thread a bamboo skewer into 1 and when it becomes soft, drain it.
Wipe off moisture with kitchen paper.
Add oil to another frying pan and heat to 165°C over medium heat.
Add the sweet potato and fry for 3 minutes.

Point
・Sweet potato skin can be removed with a peeler.
・Before frying, wipe off any moisture from the sweet potato to avoid oil splashing.
・Fry the sweet potato until the surface becomes crispy.
