Place silken tofu in a bowl.
Mix with a whipper.
Divide into 2 equal portions. -

Add salt, grated cheese and spices to each dough from 1 and mix.

Spread 2 on a baking sheet lined with a cooking sheet.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
Turn the top plate over and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
Complete by heating for 3 minutes in a 600W microwave oven.
Point
・Use as much silken tofu as you like.
・You can shorten the time by wiping the silken tofu with kitchen paper or squeezing out the water beforehand.
・The whipper can be replaced with a fork.
・You can season with salt, consommé, and shichimi pepper if you like.
・During step 3, make the dough evenly thick.
・Because the inside of the microwave oven may get wet from the steam that comes out from heating the silken tofu, wiping off the moisture after heating will shorten the cooking time.
