Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bring the dough together and gather it together. -

Open the plastic bag with scissors and cut the dough into 3 cm pieces. -

Point

・If you put the plastic bag on the scale and weigh it directly, you can reduce the amount of washing.
・At the end of step 1, it is a good idea to aim for the dough to come together so that it does not stick to your hands.
・In step 3, when changing the temperature, it is better not to open the oven door in order not to lower the temperature inside.
・The time required to cool the dough in the refrigerator is not included.
