Point
・ When cutting mochi, be careful as it is hard.
・ When baking mochi, the point is to arrange it flat so that there are as few gaps as possible, spread it out, add water, and steam it over low heat. If it smells burnt on the way, add water.
・ If you prefer spicy food, you can use Tabasco.
