Ingredients

  • rice : 300g
  • Wiener : 84g
  • Chopped onion : 1/4 piece
  • Bouillon : 1 piece
  • butter : 25g
  • ketchup : 2 and a half tbsp
  • egg : Three
  • Coffee milk (or milk) : 2 pieces

Procedure

  1. 1) Get ready 01:12

    Cut the wiener in half lengthwise and then cut it into 2mm widths.
    Melt the bouillon in hot water (2 tbsp).

    Add oil to a frying pan, heat and let it blend in, then remove the oil.
    Add butter (15g), onions and wieners and fry.
    When the onions are clear, add the melted bouillon and ketchup and fry well.
    Add warm rice, fry until the taste is familiar, sprinkle with pepper to adjust the taste, and serve on a plate.

    Add coffee milk to the well-melted eggs.
    Add oil to a frying pan, heat and let it blend in, then remove the oil.
    Melt butter (10g), add eggs and heat with mixing until half-cooked before burning.
    Place it on chicken rice, sprinkle with ketchup (not included in the amount), and you're done.

Point

・ When you fry the ingredients, add ketchup and stir-fry to remove the sourness of the ketchup and make it mellow.
・ Put chicken rice in a round plate such as a bowl, then turn it over and serve it to make it look good.
・ When melting the egg, it will not be finished smoothly if it remains stiff, so melt it firmly and well as if cutting it with chopsticks. Adding coffee milk (or milk) to the beaten egg gives it a rich flavor.
・ A frying pan is easy to make if it is about 20 cm in size.
・ If the amount of rice is less than the amount, reduce the amount of bouillon to adjust the taste.
・ Bacon can be used instead of wiener.
