Ingredients
- Pork rose block : 300g
- water : 400cc
- Liquor : 50cc
- Soy sauce : 70cc
- sugar : 2 tablespoons
- sweet sake : 50cc
- Ginger : 1 piece
- Green onion (blue part) : One
- Spinach (if you like) : 3 bundles

Cut the ingredients

Wash the ginger, slice it with the skin, and roughly cut only the blue part of the green onion. Cut the pork belly into pieces about 2 cm wide.

Bake the pork ribs in a frying pan and wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper.

Add water, seasonings, ginger and green onions and simmer.

When it gets roasted, add water and sake, add ginger, green onions, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer on medium heat for about 50 minutes.
