  • Cucumber : 3 pieces (403.5g)
  • Carrot : 30g
  • ニラ : 30g
  • 大根 : 30g
  • ニンニクおろし : 1 piece
  • 生姜おろし : ニンニクおろしと同量

  • (A) Umami seasoning : 小さじ1/4
  • (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ2
  • (A) Gochujang : 小さじ2
  • (A) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Chili pepper : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Dried shrimp : 小さじ2
  • 白ごま : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) prepare the cucumber 00:54

    Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and cut them into 3-4 pieces.
    Make a cross cut vertically.
    Add cucumber and 1% salt to a plastic bag and mix.
