- Carrot : 30g
- ニラ : 30g
- 大根 : 30g
- ニンニクおろし : 1 piece
- 生姜おろし : ニンニクおろしと同量
- (A) sugar : 小さじ1.5
- (A) Umami seasoning : 小さじ1/4
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ2
- (A) Gochujang : 小さじ2
- (A) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Chili pepper : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Dried shrimp : 小さじ2
- 白ごま : 適量

Procedure

prepare the cucumber

Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and cut them into 3-4 pieces.
Make a cross cut vertically.
Add cucumber and 1% salt to a plastic bag and mix.
