  • 鶏むねひき肉 : 200g
  • 長ねぎ : 1/4本
  • 木綿豆腐 : 1個(300g)
  • (A)焼肉のたれ : 大さじ2
  • (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)鶏がらスープの素 : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)おろしにんにく : 4㎝
  • (A)おろし生姜 : 4㎝
  • (A)豆板醤 : 小さじ1
  • (B)水 : 小さじ1
  • (B)片栗粉 : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) 具材を合わせる 12:14

    長ねぎをみじん切りにし、耐熱ボウルに入れる。
    鶏むねひき肉と(A)を入れよく混ぜる。
    木綿豆腐を1.5㎝の角切りにして加え、潰さないよう混ぜる。

  2. 2) 1を電子レンジで加熱する 14:43

    1に軽くラップをかけ、600wの電子レンジで5分加熱する。
    5分経ったら取り出し、豆腐を崩さないよう軽く混ぜる。
    再度ラップをかけ、600wの電子レンジで1分半加熱する。

  3. 3) 2にとろみをつける 16:25

    Add the water-soluble potato starch mixed with (B) to 2 and mix well.

  4. 4) お皿に盛り付けをする 16:48

    お皿に3を盛り付けて完成。

Point
