- ミニトマト : 10個(150g)
- アンチョビフィレ : 4枚
- Olive (seedless) : 4個
- ニンニク : 1片
- 赤唐辛子 : 1本
- ケチャップ : 大さじ2
- パセリ : 適量
- 塩胡椒 : 少々
- オリーブオイル : 3 to 4 tablespoons
- 茹で汁 : 100cc
